Press conference today, Thursday, July 24, 2008 At 2:00 PM this afternoon on the steps of City Hall, Stop Rail Now's attorney, Earl Partington, noted for his civil rights defenses, will discuss how the City's position on the validity of the petition is totally wrong — and why.
The petition and all the signatures will be filed with the city council on August 4th as previously announced.
